Shrimp Cocktail Salsa

Back in 2010 I graduated from a Bible college in Pennsylvania; where I have so many fond memories of learning experiences, time with close friends and time with God! During my time there I was able to try lots of new things …. one of which was something similar to what I call “Shrimp Cocktail Salsa”! I am sure this is not close to the same recipe or even what the actual name of the recipe is called but it is my own reenactment of what I remember and loved so much!

I absolutely love seafood and shrimp happens to be my favorite! This has got to be one of the most unique things that I have tasted with all the flavors of shrimp, cilantro and spicy packed into a yummy Salsa! I know it sounds odd… but if you like shrimp with cocktail sauce then I am sure you will like thisĀ  shrimp salsa with a Mexican twist!

This Salsa is a great little appetizer to add to your meals; even for the holidays it is a very festive looking dish! I personally like it served with some ritz or club crackers but you can always try other choices like tortillas or your favorite kind of crackers!
