Anyways, this has been a fun little recipe that I’ve been trying out on my family over this past week. I finally feel like its ready to make its first debut!
I am pretty confident in this.. considering my husband ate a few servings and even my 21/2 year old asked for a 4th helping! On that note, I would say that this recipe is about a 4-5 serving dish but I am wondering if I should have doubled the batch since 2 adults and to 2 small children ate this up!
This is a pretty simple dish to cook up on the stove, combine and then place in the oven for just a few minutes!
Cooking Bacon Ranch Chicken Bake
1.Start off by Slicing one Chicken breast in half making two fillets. Then cook in in large lightly oiled skillet. Remove and then cook bacon in same skillet. Slice chicken into bite size pieces and crumble bacon; set aside.
2. Cook your egg noddles according to instructions.
3. Make your sauce using bacon grease, Flour, milk, Ranch season pack and Cheese!
4. Combine all together reserving some Bacon to garnish on top.
5. Pour into medium casserole dish and cover with cheese, Bacon and Parsley.
6. Bake at 350/ 8-10 minutes
