I realize… I am at crunch time at this point of loading My Easter Roundup recipes. :0 Yet, there are just a couple more recipe favorites that I wanted to get to you all! One of those, are for these yummy appetizer/side dish – Creamy Ranch Sausage balls!

I felt the need to share this Easy and yummy recipe with you all And hope that you each will find it in Time!

Making Creamy Ranch Sausage Balls

  • Preheat oven to 350 – Lightly Spray one large sheet pan or two small sheet pans. You can use parchment paper instead if you have some on hand.
  • Using a hand or stand mixer; cream together 1 lb. of Mild Sausage and one 8 oz. block of cream cheese till combined.
  • Add- Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Green Onions, Packet of Ranch. Mix until just combined.
  • Slowly Pour in Bisquick and mix until well Combined ;1-2 minutes.
  • Scoop out and form int 1 in. Balls; I like to use a medium cookie scoop like this one to make it easier and less messy!
  • Place onto large Baking Pan at about 1/2 in. apart. – You will probably need two small Pans If you do not have a large commercial size .
    • The pans need to have a small ridge on the side to keep the grease from spilling into your oven.
  • Place in oven and bake 25 minutes. Remove and serve on own or a sauce of choice. ( Homemade sauce recipe below)

If you like sausage and have yet to try sausage balls… you have been missing out! If you have tried sausage balls and thought they lacked something or were too dry or bread like… you need to give them a second chance with this Recipe! These are Moist and Packed full of flavor.. and taste even better dipped in this Homemade sauce! (Listed in Recipe Below)

Ingredients

Sausage Balls

  • 1 lb. Mild Tube of Sausage
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Green onions
  • 1 oz. Packet Dry Ranch
  • 1 1/2 Cups Bisquick Mix Pancake or Biscuit Mix

Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1 Tablespoon Sour cream
  • 1 Clove Garlic pressed or 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
  • Dill weed Optional Garnish

Instructions

  • Slowly pour in Bisquick and mix until well Combined ;1-2 minutes.
  • Scoop out and form into one in. Balls; I like to use a medium cookie scoop to make it easier and less messy!

  • Place in oven and bake 25 minutes. Remove and serve on own or ranch or This homemade sauce listed.

Sauce

  • Using a small bowl; cream together all ingredients except dill weed.
  • Lightly garnish with dill weed and Serve with sausage Balls.

Notes

  • May Need two baking Pans if you do not have one large enough- The pans need to have a small ridge on the side keep the grease from spilling into your oven.
