Key To Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies…

There are a few different key factors in getting your chocolate chop cookies tasting as good as those Pillsbury ready made from the store!

  1. Make sure to use Softened Real Butter…not margin. I also recommend using Salted real Butter for this Recipe!
  2. Using more Brown sugar then white Sugar will add to the moistness of the cookie, Create more Chew and flavor!
    • Note: You can use light or dark brown sugar and this will not effect the dough. Darker brown sugar has more molasses and will produce a little more caramel/toffee flavor, as well as a darker cookie.
  3. Do Not Over bake! This is very important.. you want to remove the cookies when they still look slightly under cooked in the center! They will cook more one the pan and while they set up… trust me!

That is my best advice for making these chocolate chip cookies or any chocolate chip cookie!! I hope you will choose these cookies and let me know If you Love t hem as much as our family does!!
