Our Favorite Recipe for a one pot Chili! Easy and Delicious!

Chili
- 1 lb. Ground Meat
- 1/2 large Onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 C. Ketchup
- 2 14.5 oz. cans Diced tomatoes
- 2 C. Tomato Juice
- 4 15 oz. cans Chili Beans do not drain
- 1 C. Elbow Macaroni (Optional) pre cooked
Toppings
- Sour Cream
- Cheddar Cheese
- saltine Crackers
In a large Pot; add your meat, onion and garlic and cook until meat is cooked thru. Add all of your seasonings and heat thru.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and allow to simmer on stove for 20-30 minutes over low heat heat. Serve with your favorite toppings!
If using noodles; cook and drain ,in a separate pot until tender then add to your chili before serving.
