Notes

Steaming Broccoli:

I use this steamer basket that I got off of Amazon for a reasonable price! Check it out Here!
  • If you do not have a steamer basket or steamer; you can cook Broccoli by placing in about 1 in. of boiling water; cover and simmer until tender.

Cooking Time:

Notes on Cooking Broccoli- This is up to your Preference...
  • Most people recommend steaming Broccoli 4-6 Minutes- and this will keep your Broccoli a beautiful bright green. (This personally is a little Crunchier then I like mine for a casserole :/ )
  • I prefer to cook Mine 7-9 Minutes- Yes I lose some of the Vibrant green Color but I like my Broccoli to be Pretty Tender. (Surely I'm not the Only one ?)
