I even put a slice of cheese in a bowl of ramen noodles.(Yes, I eat ramen noodles and even hot dogs sometimes!) ;0 If you eat them too, stick a slice of cheese in it next time; Its so Good! I said all that to introduce to you these Cheesy ham and Potato Au Gratin with a buttery bread topping!!

I really contemplated on what to call these..Ham and potato Casserole, Scalloped potatoes.. or Au Gratin?? Anyways, these really stand in a category all by themselves! They are unlike a lot of these as they are made with cubed potatoes and not scalloped and has the added ham and bread topping!

My mom use to make something very similar to this growing up and it was one of favorites! We especially loved this buttery bread crumb topping!!It just sets this dish over the top!

I like serving this dish around special occasions, Potlucks dinners or just with any meal throughout the week! its a great addition to almost any Main Meat! Let me know how you enjoy this dish!

This recipe is perfectly splendid. I’ve made it four times now. Love it!!
Note: the cook time does not match the cook time in the instructions. I do an hour and a half though and it’s perfect.
