Ingredients
14oz.Kielbasa SausageSmoke sausage or Italian
1 1/4CupWhite Rice
2 1/4Cup Chicken Broth
1/2Tablespoon Oil
1/2CupDiced onion
1/2CupRed Bell Pepper
1/2Cup Banana Pepper Rings
1CloveGarlicChopped or pressed/ 1/2 tsp of Powder
10.6 oz.Packet of Zesty Italian Packet
1 1/2 CupsItalian cheese or Mozzarella

Instructions
Slice Kielbasa into about 1/2 in thickness.
In a large Skillet; cook Sausage over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through and starting to brown; remove from Skillet, cover and set aside.
Rinse Rice with Cool water; then add to the same skillet that that you cooked the sausage.Toss in grease over medium high heat for 1 minute.
Stir in chicken broth and bring to boil. Cover Rice and turn to a Simmer.
Simmer for 13-15 minutes; (until water has cleared) then cool for 5 minutes covered. Remove from Skillet and place in the refrigerator to cool while cooking vegetables.
Dice Peppers and onions
Still using the same skillet; add oil and heat over medium heat
Add peppers and onions and saute 1-2 minutes, then add 1 pressed or chopped clove of garlic and Banana Pepper Rings. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until just heated through.
Toss back in Rice, Sausage, Italian Seasoning and 1 Cup of cheese and heat through 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with remaining cheese and optional fresh parsley.
