Ingredients
2C.Elbow Macaroni
1/2 StickButter
1 1/2C.Milk
1 1/2C.Sharp Shredded Cheese
6oz.Velveeta Cheese sliced into CubesThis is about 3/4 Cup
3oz.Cream Cheese
Salt & PepperTo taste
3/4- 1CColby jack shredded cheeseFor topping

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ยบ- Spray a medium size 2 quart Casserole Dish.
Begin to cook your noodles according to package; cooking them about a minute less then directed.
While doing so, melt your butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add in your milk and bring to a simmer. Slowly whisk in 1 1/2 C. of cheddar cheese,Velveeta ,Cream Cheese, and seasoning until cheese is melted and smooth.
Once noodles are ready; drain; carefully mix in your cheese sauce till combined. Pour into prepared casserole dish and sprinkle with Colby Jack cheese. If using parsley you can sprinkle some on top now. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
