Banana Cake
A easy banana cake to get rid of those mushy bananas! The best part is this Peanut Butter Cream cheese Frosting that makes this cake Sooooo good!

Banana Cake
- 5 Tablespoons Softened Salted Butter Add 1/8 tsp of Salt if using Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 C. Sugar
- 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
- 3/4 C. Smashed Bananas About 2 Bananas
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 C. All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 C. Milk Or Butter milk
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 Stick Butter softened
- 1 T. Peanut butter
- 1 3/4 C. Powder Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 C. Chopped Pecans Optional
Banana Cake
grease then line a cake pan with parchment paper and lightly oil parchment paper as well.
Preheat oven to 350- oil and flour a 9 in. round cake pan.
Using a mixer; mix together your Butter and sugar till creamy over high speed for 2-3 minutes.
Add smashed bananas, vanilla and eggs.
Mix together flour,baking soda and salt; pour into the batter. Mix just till well combined.
Add in Milk and sour cream and mix till just combined.
Pour into cake pan and bake for 30-35 min or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Take a knife around the edges to ensure it is loosened from pan. Allow to cool.
Carefully turn upside down onto a Plate. (You may want to use a knife to help level the cake if not level) Allow to cool further while making frosting.
